纪晓俊

纪晓俊,男,1982年生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。
    2001年9月至2009年12月在南京工业大学学习,先后获得生物工程学士和生物化工博士学位,博士论文获全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖。随后留校工作,承担生物化工领域的教学和科研工作,2012年6月晋升为副教授。先后获得霍英东教育基金会青年教师奖、江苏省优秀本科毕业论文指导教师、中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖等教学与科研奖励;现为江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师以及“南工才俊”高层次人才培养计划入选者。
   研究方向为代谢工程与合成生物学指导的生物制造过程,研究重点是通过改造或从头设计微生物细胞内部的代谢途径,实现相关微生物代谢产物的先进生物制造(如胞外代谢产物有机醇类,胞内代谢产物富含多不饱和脂肪酸的功能性脂质等)。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项(已结题)、面上项目1项,并作为项目负责人承担了973计划和863计划子课题各1项,以及江苏省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助等多项省部级课题。
   近年来,在生物化工主流刊物Biotechnology Advances, Critical Reviews in Biotechnology, Biotechnology for Biofuels等发表SCI收录论文50余篇,被Chemical Reviews等他引500余次,获中国发明专利授权10余项,参编教育部规划教材1部,受邀参编Springer和Wiley出版社英文著作3部,国际会议邀请报告4次。
